Sakura Taisen is the legal,moral and intellectual property of the good people of Red Company and Sega. The slimy, acidic beasts of Alien, however, are owned by 20th Century Fox.
Cloak of Flesh was written with the idea of challenging myself to finishing a fanfic within one month of its inception. To my surprise, I actually met the deadline. Oddly enough, the editing procedures for this nine-chapter story took much, much longer than usual.
However, in giving myself a time limit, a lot of the stuff that I'd made up during the course of my writing this story got thrown out the window, thus explaining the 'subtle' "THERE'S GONNA BE A SEQUEL!" feeling towards the end of Cloak. My apologies for doing that yet again :)
Since I hadn't played any of the Sakura Taisen games when I was writing Cloak, I may have inadvertantly protrayed certain characters wrongly. I think this may be especially true for the cases of Soletta Orihime and Leni Milschtrasse. In order to avoid taking too many liberties with their characterisation, I've had to limit their roles in the fanfic.
